LinenMaster Mobile enhances the capabilities of your LinenMaster laundry management system by extending functionality to routes, production floors, customer facilities, and mobile management teams. The interface features intuitive icons for quick delivery status updates. Navigation is simplified through the use of filters, large buttons, and swipe actions.

On the Route:

• Record on-route delivery events in real-time using mobile devices.
• Capture customer signatures with timestamps to validate timely deliveries.
• Input on-hand quantities, calculate restocking needs, and update delivered items.
• Log damaged, returned, and direct sale items.
• Record received payments.
• Place orders for future deliveries.
• iOS devices with WIFI + Cellular support provide GPS tracking for monitoring truck locations.
• Email adjusted delivery receipts with electronic signatures instantly while on the route.
• Automatically adjust and update charges as needed.
• Access customer locations on a map for directions using preferred mapping applications.
• Review Route Reminders, Accounts Receivable Balances, Note History, and Delivery Instructions.
• Scan barcoded or RFID-tagged items to/from customers.
• Track items such as mats to specific locations within customer facilities.
• Scan containers delivered and picked up at customer sites; ensure plant-provided containers are accounted for.
• Distribute empty containers to customers or transfer empties between clients.
